Paul Raad takes great pride in the comprehensive service and empathetic advice he provides his many clients, many of whom have been seeking Paul’s assistance for more than 10 years.

“I think what keeps my clients coming back is the fact I provide a complete service; I’d describe it as a one-stop shop,” Paul said.

“This involves working with my clients to understand their needs and providing tai

lored advice, sourcing the most appropriate home loan at a great rate and managing the entire application process.

“People take great comfort in knowing that I’m available and able to assist them every step of the way.”

Paul’s expertise is built on in excess of 10 years working in the finance and investment industry, as well as his personal experience as a property owner and investor.

“I know that being a property owner and having a home loan means you can’t simply

‘set and forget’,” Paul said.

“I’m regularly in contact with my clients to keep them updated on developments in the market and to determine whether any changes in their circumstances impact on their property ownership plans. That ongoing relationship is very important.

“As a result, some of my clients have been coming to me every year since I started in the industry. More than 95% of my business is either as a result of referrals or repeat business from existing clients.”

Paul invites clients to visit him at his Quakers Hill office, but is able to assist clients from the comfort of their own home or workplace anywhere in the Sydney metropolitan area.
