Conducted the outgoing today for this place

I’m going to miss my beautiful tenant in here to say the least

She looked after this place as if it were her own.

The gardens were immaculate, I could not fault her on the outgoing inspection as well as her routine inspections

How you present your home on scheduled routine inspections is so important, to not only show the landlord how well you look after the property but to help you in the future when ever needing to relocate or a reference for the next agent✨
