Congratulations Bella 👏🏼

You should be proud of your first 12 months 😊, fast learning in fast paced environment, grabbed the opportunity and given it your best 👏🏼.

The next 12 months don’t need to go so fast, however looking forward to them being even more successful !

Today marks 1 year since I started working alongside Carlos and the team at Stone 🤍

It honestly feels crazy that a whole year has already gone by. When I started, I had never worked in sales before and had no idea just how much I would learn, grow and push myself over the past 12 months.

Looking back, I’m really proud of how far I’ve come and so grateful for all the people who have supported me, taught me and made this year such a good one.

It’s been such a pleasure being part of the team, and I’m excited to see where this next year takes me and my career. So grateful for this chapter and everything still to come 🤍

I wouldn't normally post like this on my work page, I would probably just annoy those on my personal page.

However 2 days at fortuna one was excellent, and whilst I learnt many new things, some trading but mostly AI, the majority of it was reenforcing what I had the privilege of seeing at many similar events over my 30 years as an agent.

You can go to 1000 of these events and if you miss these main 2 ingredients, the rest just doesn't matter and won't work to make you a better person, parent, partner, boss, employee, friend, workmate.

The first and the most important by the longest way is GRATITUDE. Nobody else can be blamed for it, nor can they give it to you, its internal and the greatest gift you can give yourself. It is so underrated its not funny, current society is glued to social media and wondering what they are missing out on instead of filling their heart with what already surrounds them. 🤗

I attended a Funeral this morning of a previous employee, she was a beautiful person and had a soul to match. Taken far to young, dealt a really s**t hand in life with health, her courage and aura were special, no complaints, just forward momentum, always positive, can do attitude at work and in life. She really had something to whine about, but didn't, just turned up everyday with a gorgeous smile on her face thankful for all the good that was in her life. Such a privilege to have had her in our office and lives🥹. Our heart goes out to all of her family, a very sad day.😢

The second, which goes in hand in hand, and wasn't mentioned at the conference, but i believe should be on everyone's mind when they start to get overwhelmed, is the 10/10/10.

Next time something's weighing on you, ask yourself three questions:

⏱ How will I feel about this in 10 minutes?
📅 In 10 months?
🗓 In 10 years?

Most of what stresses us out today won't even register in 10 months, let alone 10 years. It's a simple way to put things in perspective, make calmer decisions, and save your energy for what really matters.

Sydney, we've arrived.🌃

The whole sales team is in Sydney and ready to go. Tomorrow at 7am we kick off two days at Fortuna One at Qudos Bank Arena, with speakers like Tony Robbins, Steven Bartlett and Gary Brecka covering AI, health, entrepreneurship and mindset.

It's not a real estate conference, and that's the point. Some of the best ideas come from outside our industry, and we're here to learn, get challenged and bring fresh thinking back to our clients.
