Whether it’s a full-scale commercial fitout or a compact 6x3 portable lab, we thrive on bringing ideas to life—no matter the size.

Our team approaches every project with the same level of care, precision, and passion. From high-rise office transformations to bespoke modular builds, we love the challenge of tailoring solutions that work.

A huge thank you to our client for trusting us with their new water testing laboratory. It was a fascinating project to be part of, and we hope the space serves them well for years to come!

We are so excited to finally share our part in the journey of the amazing, show-stopping project that is the MECCA Melbourne Flagship Store.

Siscon’s involvement with 299 Bourke Street began back in 2019, supporting and their client David Jones, to assist in the sale of the iconic site. In late 2021, we were proud to be engaged by Turner Townsend to assist with the initial stages of the MECCA Melbourne Flagship project - from early planning through to heritage and town planning approvals.
While our role was focused on these early stages, it was a privilege to collaborate with Turner Townsend and MECCA to help bring the foundations of this vision to life.

Congratulations to the MECCA team and all the delivery partners involved in creating such a landmark moment for Melbourne retail. We are proud to have played a part and look forward to continuing to partner on future projects.

We are excited to finally share, back in October, Turner & Townsend, with the support of Siscon successfully delivered GPT Space & Co’s newest location, the 181 William Street Design Suites.

We have also just learned, the project has made the shortlist for for Workspace Design 2025. Big congratulations to the design team!
