Things are off to a quiet start on Tabratong Farm this season, the weather has not been ideal for truffles just yet, but fingers crossed we might get a bit to harvest in the coming weeks 🙏 hands up who wants to be notified if we find any 🙋🏻

All is quiet on the truffle front.. between poor conditions and the family being unwell, we haven’t had much to offer this season! My sincere apologies to those of you waiting patiently.
We will have another look next weekend and just hope for the best!

A delicious truffled egg scramble 🤤
We have been harvesting small amounts for the last couple of weeks.. just enough to get a scent into some eggs and rice so far.. comment below ⬇️ if you want to be contacted once we start seeing some better size! .farm

It might not look pretty.. but wowsers! This was DELICIOUS 🤤
Leftover shredded beef enchiladas, with “red rice” all home made except the tortillas (I even made the chicken broth used in the sauce)
I’ve always loved to cook from scratch, and now that i’ve got a secret weapon () its MUCH easier 🥳

Anywho, I just wanted to pop by with a quick update on this year’s season.. so far no ripe truffle, we’ve had the odd find here and there but nothing to harvest as yet. Hopefully it won’t be too much longer 🤞🏻
