This week marks an incredible milestone as we celebrate Stephen Hooke’s 7-year anniversary with SELECT Strata Communities.

As a Senior Strata Manager, Steven consistently brings a calm, methodical and highly logical approach to his work. His ability to navigate complex situations with clarity and steadiness makes a real difference for the Owner Corporations is our care, and his colleagues.

Beyond his expertise, Steven is known for his caring and collaborative nature. He is someone people trust, rely on, and genuinely enjoy working with. He is always willing to share knowledge, support the team, and contribute thoughtfully to better outcomes.

Before Christmas, we brought our teams together.

No slides. No agenda overload. Just time to connect, share, and enjoy what is special about each person at SELECT Strata Communities.

Our celebration included the annual SELECT Strata Communities Star Awards where we acknowledge our very own best-in-class.

Award categories included Best Support Person, Best Strata Manager, Rising Star, and our Values-in-Action Award for the person who demonstrates the values of Service, Excellence, Loyalty, Engagement, Care and Trust, in their presence, everyday.

Because when you strip it back, what matters most is people.
