That’s a wrap on the 2026 Variety Vic Bash! 🐒🚗❤️

Both Land Monkeys cars made it from Halls Gap, Vic, to Exmouth, W.A. What an incredible journey!

We are immensely proud to have helped raise an amazing $561,548, breaking the fundraising record for Variety Vic Bash 🏆

One of the most memorable moments was the Land Monkeys gifting a sensory pod to Horsham Primary School—a special experience that reminded us what the Bash is all about.

From long days and dusty roads to plenty of laughs and unforgettable moments, the Land Monkeys are proud to have been part of such an incredible team, coming together and doing it all for the kids.

A huge thank you to everyone who supported us. Your generosity helped make this incredible achievement possible.

We look forward to reuniting with our fellow Bashers and hitting the road again in 2027!

Only 4 days to go! 🚗

Day 7 of the Variety Vic Bash will see The Land Monkeys leave Kalgoorlie and continue north, getting closer to their final destination of Exmouth, WA.

After an incredible journey so far, the team is now on the home stretch — and they’re also getting incredibly close to reaching their huge $500,000 fundraising target! 🙌

The countdown is on until The Land Monkeys hit the road🚗❤️

From everyone who supported, sponsored and got involved in 2025 to our valued sponsors returning in 2026 and the new supporters coming on board — thank you. Every contribution plays a part in helping Variety – the Children’s Charity continue its important work supporting kids who are sick, disadvantaged or living with disability.

And now, it’s almost time to hit the road!

This Tuesday, the team sets off on an epic 10-day outback adventure from Halls Gap to Exmouth, taking on the back roads, long days and plenty of dust — all for an incredibly worthwhile cause.

The Land Monkeys Variety Bash are off!

Day 1 of the 2026 Variety Vic Bash is officially underway, with the Land Monkeys hitting the road from Halls Gap this morning for another incredible adventure supporting Variety - the Children's Charity Victoria.

On the journey to Halls Gap, the Land Monkeys had the privilege of gifting Horsham Primary School a new Sensory Centre through their sponsorship of Variety.

And the giving continued this morning, with Variety - the Children's Charity of Victoria presenting bikes and wheelchairs to children and families, helping provide greater independence, mobility and opportunities to participate in everyday activities.

It’s only Day 1, but already a powerful reminder of what the Variety Victoria Bash is all about — bringing communities together, supporting kids and making a meaningful difference along the way.

We’re pleased to announce our third Queensland project – a new $169 million masterplanned coastal community in Innes Park.

Located within the Coral Coast, this exciting new project marks another significant milestone in Resi Ventures’ continued expansion across Queensland.

The community is planned to deliver approximately 360 residential lots, with a diverse mix of homesites ranging from 225m² to 1,000m², alongside extensive green space and future local amenity.

Designed to embrace its coastal setting, the masterplan will feature two parks totalling 4.2 hectares, a central waterway corridor, elevated homesites, nearby walking tracks and convenient access to the beach.

A future Neighbourhood Activity Centre is also planned, incorporating a two-hectare retail site anticipated to deliver a supermarket, commercial space and a range of retail and medical services.

We’re proud to continue growing our Queensland portfolio and look forward to bringing this new coastal community to life.

We're pleased to provide the latest construction update for Watsons Reach in Diggers Rest.

Construction continues to progress across all stages of the community, with key civil infrastructure works advancing steadily onsite.

Key highlights include the completion of earthworks and sewer infrastructure, while drainage works are now 80% complete and the onsite retarding basin has reached 75% completion. Installation of water and gas services is also progressing well across the project.
