A few recent snaps from site... 📸
It's amazing how quickly things are changing.

Just a few weeks ago this was an empty paddock. Now the roads are beginning to take shape, the civil works are well underway, and the site is buzzing.

The best part? Lift your eyes from the construction and you'll see the reason so many people fall in love with Golden Valley. Rolling green hills, open skies and a beautiful rural outlook that isn't going anywhere.

“We’ve got earthworks underway. You’ll see excavators, articulated dump trucks and rollers getting the site ready for roads, drainage and all the services that will eventually support the new neighbourhood,” says our Senior Project Manager Chris Brown.

Of course, construction is still at the mercy of the weather.

“The biggest challenge from here is rain. But if the weather cooperates, we’ll be welcoming buyers to completed homesites next year.”
