🏡 MORE PRIVACY. MORE CONTROL. MORE COMFORT.

It's not just about choosing the right window coverings. How they're fitted makes all the difference.

Here's a great example of two different products working together to deliver a practical, stylish finish.

🟢 DOUBLE ROLLER BLINDS

Look closely at how these two roller blinds have been installed.

The sheer roller blind is fitted inside the window reveal, while the blockout roller blind is face-fitted to help conceal the sheer blind's fittings and provide better coverage around the window.

The result? A clean, streamlined finish with the flexibility of filtered natural light and daytime privacy, or blockout when you need it.

🟢 VERI SHADES® – THE ORIGINAL CLEVER CURTAIN

Imagine the soft elegance of curtains with the versatility and light control of blinds.

That's exactly what Veri Shades offer!

With a simple twist of the wand, you can adjust the fabric from light filtering to greater privacy.

And the cleverest part? You can walk straight through them, even when they're closed!

No bottom weights or connecting chains. The soft fabric simply parts as you walk through and settles back into place.

For this installation, we've used Veri Shades to cover the glass sliding doors and mullion, creating one continuous, elegant finish without sacrificing easy access to the outdoors.

💚 IT'S THE LITTLE DETAILS THAT MAKE THE DIFFERENCE.

At The Blindman Great Southern, I personally measure, supply and install, taking the time to consider both the appearance and everyday practicality of your window coverings.

No unnecessary middlemen. Just honest advice, quality products and attention to detail.

Buy right, buy once.

We’re all for commitment and getting the job done… but we might sit this trend out. 😂

Any plumbers keen to give this one a crack? 💩🔧

Apparently sh****ng yourself isn’t a reason to quit anymore… 💩😂
And at Smithy’s Air & Electrical, we respect that level of commitment.
Rain? We’ll finish the job.
Heat? We’ll finish the job.
Long day? We’ll finish the job.
S**t our pants?
Mate… apparently we’re still finishing the job. 🤝😂
We’re not saying it’s part of the Smithy’s guarantee… but we’re also not saying it isn’t.
ON TIME. QUALITY WORK. NO EXCUSES.

From exposed deck to rumpus room and spare bedroom.

This Broome project shows what the right solution can do. Cyclonic roller shutters helped transform an exposed second-storey deck into a more secure, weather-protected space that could be used year-round as a rumpus room and an extra bedroom when needed.

A practical way to create more usable living space without changing the footprint of the home.

Flashback to Eco Beach Broome Resort, 2024.

Following some security concerns, we were engaged to provide a solution that delivered strong after-hours protection without compromising the look and feel of the resort.

These custom roller shutters were designed to secure the bar and service areas while remaining clean, discreet and in keeping with the surrounding aesthetics.

A good security solution should not look like an afterthought. It should become part of the building.
