Hello 👋

For those who may not know me, I’m Olivia Hughes and I’m excited to officially introduce myself as part of the sales team at Ray White Kurrajong.

Over the past four years, I’ve built a strong foundation in real estate across a range of roles, most recently working as Katherina’s PA and Ray White Kurrajong’s office manager, where I’ve had the opportunity to be involved in over 100 property sales from start to finish. Through this experience, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the sales process and what it takes to help clients achieve a great result while feeling supported every step of the way.

Before joining Ray White Kurrajong, I worked in property management with another high-performing agency, managing rental portfolios from Wentworth Point through to the Hawkesbury. I also worked as a nurse, providing valuable experiences that taught me the importance of communication, attention to detail and genuinely understanding people’s needs.

Real estate felt like a natural progression for me because to me, it’s about far more than property. It’s about people, relationships and helping others through some of life’s biggest decisions with honesty, care and integrity.

As a Hawkesbury local, I’m incredibly passionate about our community and excited to continue learning, growing and helping people navigate the property market with confidence.
