🔧 There are still a few places available for this exceptional local training opportunity.

From Monday 31 August to Friday 4 September, Cumulus will host five days of hands-on practical training forming part of the nationally recognised Certificate II in Aeroskills.

Normally delivered in Tamworth, the practical week will be delivered at Cumulus by experienced instructors from TAFE NSW, a CASA-approved Part 147 maintenance training organisation, and facilitated by RAAus.

You don’t have to be planning to undertake your own aircraft maintenance to benefit. This course is also ideal for aircraft owners and pilots who want to:

🔩 Improve their mechanical awareness
🛩️ Better understand their aircraft’s components and systems
🧰 Develop useful hands-on skills
📞 Communicate more effectively with a LAME when diagnosing a problem
✅ Strengthen their overall approach to aircraft safety

At the heavily subsidised price of $1,500, this is a rare opportunity to spend five days learning from experienced and knowledgeable aviation instructors without travelling to Tamworth.

🛩️ This is an opportunity to undertake five days of hands-on aircraft-maintenance training from Monday 31 August to Friday 4 September 2026.

🎓 This nationally recognised course is delivered by instructors from TAFE NSW, facilitated by Recreational Aviation Australia (RAAus) and hosted at Cumulus Airpark.

💰 The course is available to current financial RAAus members at the heavily subsidised price of $1,500 per participant. If your not a member - it's easy to join!
