Great to see more much-needed construction happening in Broadbeach on the Gold Coast.

I recently had the opportunity to inspect The Sterling Apartments and walk through the project firsthand. Itโ€™s always valuable being able to get inside and see the quality, layout, and progress up close rather than just looking at plans and renders.

With population growth continuing across South East Queensland, projects like this play an important role in increasing housing supply, creating jobs, and supporting the local economy.
