Hang on a minute!!! This doesn't seem fair. You spent good money on your solar system but your power bill is climbing again.You sent back more power than you used from the grid and it still cost you $2.38 for the day. If this flairs your sciatica maybe it's time to add a battery.

What solar system do I need???
The no.1 question.

But it all depends on what you are trying to achieve?
- Are you trying to counter the rising cost of electricity?
- Do you want to upgrade your old system?
- Are you ready to look at Battery Storage options?
- What is the budget you have in mind?

For me personally, when we got Solar installed 5 years ago, it was about lowering the monthly bills and future planning for more of a work-from-home structure.

Both my wife and I work from home.
So that means a whole lot more day-time usage that we could off-set with solar.

We installed a 6.6kw system, are north-northwesterly facing and have partial shade coverage.
Through summer, our bills are easily halved thanks to the solar production.
In winter, the days are shorter, the days cloudy , all of these aspect impact the results.

Now we are in a position to start looking at Battery Storage and address the nighttime usage and winter months.
PLUS the rebates are finally starting to roll out.

BUT everyone is different.

No 2 systems or inquiries are the same.

And I'm back!!!!
(much to my daughters dislike it would appear from this photo 🤣)

This has been a long time coming, plenty of planning and making sure everything is ready.

But it is with great excitement that I announce that Foxall Solutions is back in action.... with a bit of a twist.

I have spent years working in the renewable energy industry.
In this time, I have worked within a few firms (some great, some not so much...).
But the passion and appreciation for renewable energy, solar power and the ever rising cost of electricity has always been there.

Now stepping into 2025, I am really excited to announce that I have partnered with a leading name within the industry, MV Solar.

The team at MV are family owned, have been servicing the Hunter region for 30+years, and the brains behind it all is thanks to Michael Valantine.

Michael lives and breathes this stuff.
Literally!
He is an electrical engineer by trade, a lecturer and educational figure head across space, and epitomises all things great for the renewable industry.

He was also my mentor a few years back when I first stepped in, taught me a lot and has always been a person I respect and trust.

To say you will be in safe hands working with the MV Solar team is an understatement.
And as a result, I am proud to put my business and name alongside theirs and together, bring our knowledge and services to the Central Coast region.
