Hi followers, it’s been a long while between posts, and it will be a while longer. I have realised I am not superhuman, and running two businesses is a bit ambitious!
For now, I have put my full investor advocacy service on hold to stay sane. However, I will always be available to offer my assistance and advice to anyone looking to buy an investment property, in particular advice on the rental potential and viability.

I still remember my moment of truth, it hit me like a tonne of bricks in the middle of what I thought was a normal routine day. It was such a strong feeling that I recall sitting in my living room, all alone crying out loud to myself for hours. This had never happened to me before, it was out of the blue, but I knew from that point on, I needed so much more from life.
At the ripe old age of twenty-two, I accidentally came across the world of Real Estate through a friend. I remember thinking I was way out of my depth and had no clue how I was going to bluff my way through.
I am now in my third decade of Property Management, one could say I found my “more” and along the way, I also discovered my “why”.
After more than ten years of running what has been an incredibly successful property management business from the ground up, I started feeling a strong need to help others and to share what I experienced during my career. I am committed to building relationships of trust and giving confidence to everyday people to take a risk and discover the many benefits of property investing.
So here we are, this is me giving back to an industry that I am incredibly passionate about. I have created a service specifically to support people who are looking to invest in my home town of Launceston Tasmania or grow an existing portfolio.
Between my own experience investing in multiple residential and commercial property locally and managing a business looking after more than 700 investments in Launceston, I believe I am well positioned to offer expert advice to ensure a successful investment journey.
