2026 has arrived!
With the new year underway, I’ve been reflecting on the trust involved when someone asks you to sell their home — especially here on Flinders Island where property decisions are often made thoughtfully and with care.
Buying or selling isn’t just a transaction. It’s usually tied to timing, plans, emotions and bigger life changes. Markets move in cycles and while not every period is fast or predictable, steady communication and thoughtful decision-making always matter.
