An amazing story…the owners of this home had the 48 hour clause invoked on them, giving us essentially two days to sell their home unconditionally or they would lose the unit they had a contract on.
Definitely not in a market where things happened quickly (Easter eggs for you if you can tell me which year this was!), but I’ve always said that things in real estate work out for the best…and it absolutely did 😊
