LOCAL LOVE, A little different this fortnight 🤍

This fortnight, Local Love is looking a little different.

Instead of our usual $100 giveaway, I’m donating a beautiful $200+ gift hamper supplied by local business Florage Tasmania to St Thomas More’s Catholic School for their upcoming school raffle.

The hamper is filled with Tasmanian products, so it’s a lovely opportunity to support local on so many levels. Supporting a local business, showcasing Tasmanian producers and helping our local school raise funds for new equipment and resources for the students.

For me, Local Love has always been about giving back to the community and supporting the people and businesses around us, so I’m really excited to do something a little different this fortnight.

A big thank you to Florage Tasmania for putting together such a beautiful hamper.

A very special luncheon at the Silos with an incredible collection of women. 🤍

I had the privilege of speaking at the REIT’s Women in Real Estate (WIRE) luncheon about something very close to my heart, my journey through pregnancy loss, returning to real estate, and finding my tribe through this industry, particularly through auctioneering.

Being able to share my story and then conduct an auction to help raise funds for Bears of Hope Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support made the day even more meaningful. 🤍

A huge thank you to the REIT, Michelle, Tameka, Linda and Tanja for bringing this community together and creating a space where women can connect, share their stories and support one another.

I’m incredibly grateful for the people this industry has brought into my life. What started as a career has given me friendships, mentors, opportunities and, most importantly, a tribe.

And to everyone who contributed to the auction and helped raise money for Bears of Hope I thank you. It means more than you know.
