Another week, another Tiny Home delivery. This time to this beautiful site in Mount Hicks.

This Tiny Home has 1 bedroom, a large combined bathroom/laundry and open plan living and lounge, with 2 sliding door entry points.

Imagine drinking your morning coffee and looking out the bifold windows at that amazing view!

We can’t wait to see the finished product of this one with deck and roof still to complete over the coming weeks.

The team at Tiny Homes Tas are excited to finally share with you the finished product of what has kept us so busy in Scottsdale the past 6 months.

This project was our biggest so far, comprising of 12 Tiny Homes, each with their own private yard for the long term rental market.

As this project came to a close, we took the opportunity to hold a community open day for the people of Scottsdale and anyone interested in owning their own Tiny Home. There were four different homes on display for people to enjoy and inspect. It was a great turn out and we would like to thank everyone who came along and showed their support.

Another Tiny Home installed at Railton a couple of weeks ago.

This is our Tiny40 Design #1 but with an added sliding door on the end for dual access into both the lounge and bedroom. It features a large bedroom with sliding door wardrobe, open plan kitchen and lounge room with a dual bathroom/laundry. All it needs now is a deck and a roof to complete the look.

This is an ancillary dwelling on the property to serve as an additional rental revenue stream for the owners. Such a great idea to maximise their additional space!
