Property Management/Sales Assistant

A unique opportunity to work in a highly successful boutique commercial agency allowing you the opportunity further learning in both the sales and management sectors.

This hybrid role will include:
Dealing with tenants on maintenance issues and liasing with contractors
Data entry on spreadsheets and in software package
Building inspections

Assisting the sales team with property marketing collateral and general promotion.

The successfull candidate will:
Be open to learning new skills
Display good time management and organisation
Real Estate license preferred but not essential for the right candidate

You may be currently working in the residential management space and be wanting to work in a less intensive environment dealing with business minded customers.

Become a member of a smaller team environment where you can make a difference!

We are searching for a sharp property manager and property management assistant looking for a career in property and operate in the commercial space working with a variety of office and retail type tenants - If you know of someone that would be great in this role please tag them or inbox us!

Major roles to include client and tenant liaison, direct support to senior property manager, rent collection, organising maintenance work, out of office inspections etc etc. Previous property experience certainly helpful but not a must.
