Who needs a boat when the pink snapper are biting right out the front of Beach Break Villa 😎🐟

One of our guests sent through this cracking photo after landing TWO beautiful pink snapper straight off the beach! Safe to say there was one very happy fisherman and probably a few jealous mates back home 😂🍻

Morning coffee, ocean views, a beach only steps away… then fresh snapper for dinner? That’s a pretty hard combo to beat.

The fishing around Ledge Point has been turning it on lately — whether you’re chasing pinkies, tailor or just an excuse to stand on the beach with a rod and forget about work for a while.

With fuel prices heading up - some say might be over 4 dollars soon - eek - so getting that break away is going to be harder on a budget - for a short drive from Perth - Ledge point is a perfect spot to rest and relax without the extra cost of the fuel.

😋 home made pizza , dough made in the provided Thermomix , then 🧀 and other ingredients added on top , and cooked in the pizza oven, this oven is amazing cooks at 400 c in 90 seconds 🍕 🤤😋 , you can get all the ingredients locally Ledge Point shop/cafe or order with Coles or Woolies and have it delivered, ,
