Application tips for tenants 🌸

So often I am hearing “was there something wrong with my application?”

Most of the time there is nothing “wrong” but there are some things you can do to strengthen your application!

- Utilise the bio section: a quick few sentences about you and your family, what you like to do in your spare time and why the home/area stood out to you. This goes along way, landlords love to get a feel of who will be living in the home.

- Ensure all documentation is attached and all information is filled in, if you don’t know the property manager of your rental reference you can simply put the agents reception phone number and email and we can follow up from there. If you are self employed or receive additional benefits from Centrelink, please make sure we can clearly confirm income.

- Chat to the agent at the home open! We love getting to know you! It’s great to put a face to a name.
