I often wonder what I want to share here.
Not as a Property Manager.
As me.
After 17 years in real estate, I’ve learnt that property management is rarely just about properties.
Behind every investment property is a person with goals, responsibilities and hopes for the future.
Behind every tenancy is a person creating a home, building a life and looking for stability.
Somewhere in the middle sits a Property Manager.
For me, that role has never been about choosing sides.
It’s about understanding the bigger picture, communicating openly and helping people navigate challenges with respect and empathy.
Over the years, I’ve also been a yoga teacher, completed a counselling diploma and am now studying psychology.
Looking back, those experiences have shaped the way I approach property management just as much as my real estate career.
They’ve taught me that people want to feel heard.
They want clarity.
They want honesty.
And most of the time, they simply want to know someone genuinely cares.
So these updates from me won’t be filled with sales pitches.
Instead, I’ll be sharing insights from 17 years in property management, lessons about communication and relationships, Perth rental market updates and the human side of property.
