Exciting News! We’ve officially reached the top at Serai in North Fremantle.
Construction has hit a major milestone this week, with Serai now standing at its full height.
With the structure complete across both the Bay and Shore buildings, this marks the official topping out of the development.
It’s a significant step forward as we confidently shift focus to the next stages of construction. Façade installation is well underway, already progressing through to level 4 on the South tower.
Huge congratulations to the Megara Development team on Serai, as well as the Construction team at West to West Group and our subcontractors. This milestone reflects the collective effort, coordination, and expertise of a large and dedicated team, and we are incredibly excited to share this exciting news.
On completion - anticipated in early 2026, Serai will comprise of 97 luxuriously appointed residences, of which many will offer incredible views of the river, city and sea.
