October Construction Update 🚜

Your new community continues to progress, and it’s fantastic to see some housing construction commencing in Stages 1 & 2. All street trees have been planted, and reserve landscaping completed.

We’re pleased to announce Stage 3 is weeks away from delivery. All stage 3 residents’ legal representatives will be notified, and settlement on allotments is forecast within the month of October.

September Construction Update 🚜

Your new community continues to progress, and we’re pleased to announce Stage 1 & 2 are days away from delivery.

Landscaping around the estate nears completion. Street trees, reserve planting and fencing works have been completed, and instant turf will be installed in the coming weeks.

Stage 3 still awaits a final audit by Powercor. We are doing everything we can to push this along.

Landscaping works around our estate also continue to develop well. Practical completion for Stage 3 has been achieved, and all service authorities but Powercor have issued a Statement of Compliance.

July Construction Update 🚜

Your new community is very close to delivery with a Statement of Compliance issued by all service authorities but PowerCor for Stages 1 and 2.

The final power audit process is progressing with PowerCor.

Asphalt for Mollers Lane and internally on Stage 3 is programmed. After a good clean-up, we anticipate gaining Practical Completion for Stage 3 from the City of Greater Geelong by Friday 8th July.
