Fellow Suites is a new concept where similarly-minded residents live together in a purpose-built dwelling designed to maximise individual space and privacy whilst maintaining large and practical common areas. The reasons people may choose to live in such a dwelling include solving social isolation and loneliness, sustainable and communal living, security and versatility of space. Similar to the co-living concept popularised in Sydney by UKO, and LIV, Fellow Suites will always be differentiated by very small groups of people (6-12 people per complex), matching of residents to interests, beliefs, and values to increase community, high level of flexibility regarding living arrangements, priority on well connected but quiet and peaceful urban locations, and complete rental security. We're here to build long-lasting small communities.
