Part Time Real Estate Office Admin/Receptionist in Lismore.
Starting off as a part time position 4 days per week
The successful candidate must have:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication & customer service skills
• A willingness to learn & be flexible
• Great attention to detail & organisational skills
• Sense of humour & ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in a team environment
Previous administration experience would be highly regarded
Experience within the Real Estate industry would be an advantage but not essential
Job tasks include (but not limited to):
• Reception duties
• Answering incoming calls/emails
• Meet & greet clients
• General office duties – eg: mailing, banking, reconciliation etc.
• File processing
• Scanning
• Administrative duties & data entry
• Assisting team members as required
