“We used i-inspect for our building and pest inspections. I started by jumping online to book the inspections but was unsure of what I needed so called in. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful and told me if I wanted it done the next day, Steve was available at 11am. So I finished my booking for the next day, only to receive a call about 5 minutes later to say I had booked it for the following week and did I want to book the next day. Needless to say our cooling off period would have ended by then so she changed my booking for me.

Steve was amazing. He took photos of everything and video of issues he wanted to show us in better detail. We received the reports on the same day. Steve also took the time to discuss the reports with me and was very helpful in answering my questions. The reports actually helped us get a $10k reduction in the sale price. Well worth the money spent.”

🔥 Fire damage and repair works to the roof structure of a property which we recently inspected as part of a Pre-Purchase Building Inspection! To our surprise (insert sarcasm here) our client, the purchaser was unaware of this damage until we showed up! $550.00 is a small price to pay, to understand the true condition of a property - let’s face it, how many of you have taken a ladder 🪜 to an open home and got into the roof void? 🔥

Active roof leaks are always hard to identify and capture in reports, however now with our new digital interactive reporting, we have the ability to capture and provide to our clients on video what our inspector witnesses at the time of inspection!!

This one is noted in 90% of our termite inspection reports & now you know why!!! External taps mounted to timber supports with no drainage outlets are a conducive condition to a termite attack!!! This is why we recommend that these services be maintained & checked for continual dripping!!💦 💦
