💙 A NEW CHAPTER FOR THE ROWENA GILL TEAM 💙

Now, I know this lad doesn’t look much like Yuni Lan… and, if I’m being fair, he doesn’t particularly look like an offspring of mine either. 😂

But I can assure you, he is in fact my eldest son — and I couldn’t be prouder to officially welcome Dyllan Ross to The Rowena Gill Team.

Dyllan’s interest in real estate began many years ago after growing up watching me build my career in the industry. He has seen firsthand the hours, commitment, determination and genuine passion I have for helping people achieve their property goals and somewhere along the way, that passion rubbed off on him.

After listening to me talk, negotiate, strategise and sell real estate for more than 17 years (the poor kid really didn’t stand a chance 😂), Dyllan decided to forge his own path in the industry.

Like me, Dyllan has grown up in the Logan City area and is a former student of Groves Christian College.

As a true Logan local, he brings not only industry knowledge but a genuine understanding of the communities, streets and suburbs we proudly represent.

Now with two years of real estate experience under his belt, Dyllan has developed his own love for the industry: the people, the negotiations, the challenges, the sold signs and, most importantly, helping clients achieve an outcome they’re proud of.

While saying goodbye to Yuni marks the end of a very special chapter for our team, it also makes way for an exciting new one.

And there is something incredibly special about having my son standing beside me as we take The Rowena Gill Team into its next chapter.

❤️ It’s not goodbye, it’s see you soon ❤️
It’s with a very heavy heart that I share that Yuni Lan will be returning home to Taiwan on 14 September and, sadly, will no longer be part of The Rowena Gill Team.

Yuni has been so much more than my associate. She has become one of my dearest friends and, somewhere along the way, became family. 👩🏻‍🤝‍👩🏼

I know I’m not the only one she has made an impact on. So many of our clients have experienced firsthand Yuni’s dedication to providing exceptional service, her infectious bubbly personality, and most importantly, her genuinely kind, caring and loving nature. I want to publicly thank Yuni for everything she has contributed to our team, our clients and to me personally.

For the endless hours spent prospecting alongside me, attending inspections, executing contracts, helping with the day-to-day operations of the business, celebrating the wins, navigating the challenges and everything in between,
Thank You! 🙏

Building this business alongside you has given me memories and a friendship that I will always treasure.
While I know Yuni will be greatly missed by our clients, colleagues and everyone who has had the pleasure of working with her, I’m incredibly excited for her to begin this next chapter back home with her family in Taiwan. 🇹🇼
