All townhouses at Aluna, Ettalong are now officially sold and exchanged, with new owners proudly calling Ettalong home.

We’re incredibly proud of this project — from concept to completion — and grateful to everyone who helped bring Aluna to life.

It’s been a huge year behind the scenes, with several new projects purchased and an even bigger 2026 ahead. We can’t wait to share more of what’s to come.

We are in the final week of construction at our Ettalong Beach townhouse project and we wanted to share some sneak peaks of the interiors now that all the finishing touches are being installed. Our townhouse project on Ettalong Beach is coming together! Interiors are looking stunning and all systems are go with fit out stage 🛠️

With the interior nearing completion, works have now started on the external works such as driveways, footpaths and fencing ready for landscaping in the new year🌿

One of the most popular short walks is to Mount Ettalong Lookout for panoramic views of Broken Bay. 
 
Umina Beach is ideally located on The Peninsula, so you can easily visit the beautifully remote Pearl Beach either by walking around the Mt Ettalong headland, or driving the winding road for a few minutes to reach this slice of paradise. ALUNA UPDATE 🌼    
With spring approaching our townhouse development in Ettalong Beach is springing into shape. Roofing is now complete with electrical, plumbing and mechanical rough-ins also nearing completion. The external wall linings are currently being finalized so that insulation and plasterboard can commence within the next few weeks. We are loving all the unique angles and architectural elements that are now starting to reveal themselves onsite. Over the next few weeks this project will really come together so stay tuned and keep up the good progress onsite

➖ ALUNA SITE UPDATE  ➖
 
Framework is nearing completion, roofing is due to start next week and the project is on schedule for lock up stage to be achieved by the end of July next month. We are excited to see the exterior architectural elements and smart design ideas start to take shape onsite from this point forward.

The project is still on schedule to reach completion by the end of the year just in time for summer in this dream location with all the local necessities just footsteps away ☀️

Great path for the whole family young & old with one of the best views on the Central Coast

🚶‍♂️🚲♿ Locals and visitors to Ettalong Beach can enjoy a newly constructed section of shared path along The Esplanade with improved accessibility and safety.

The newly constructed 190m pathway runs along the foreshore (from outside of 119 The Esplanade to Kourung Street),and includes 150m of a 2.5m wide shared path and 40m of 1.5m footpath. Landscape works and installation of fencing was also completed.

This important project is a delivery of one of many shared path improvements outlined in Council’s Pedestrian Access Mobility Plan, which aims to provide a network of safe, high-quality and well-connected pathways that enables pedestrians of all abilities to move efficiently and conveniently throughout the Central Coast.
