🌊 Optimism on the Central Coast Property Market!🌊
With so much of the national conversation focused on the federal budget and household belts tightening, it’s easy to feel cautious. But closer to home, the outlook for the Central Coast is genuinely positive.
Central Coast Council has just released its Regional Economy Strategies, a coordinated plan for the region through to 2030, and there’s a lot in there that points to a steady, confident local market 👇
🏘️ 57,000 more residents expected by 2041, with the land, jobs and infrastructure being planned to match.
🔑 Growth that’s mapped out, not left to chance.
🌅 Real investment in the lifestyle precincts buyers love, like Terrigal, Gosford and The Entrance.
🏖️ A growing visitor economy that supports demand for holiday and short-stay homes.
National headlines come and go, but the Coast’s fundamentals (lifestyle, location and a clear plan for growth) are exactly what give us confidence in our market.
After 50+ years on the Coast, we’ve worked through plenty of cycles, and we stay optimistic about where our region is headed. 🙌
