Having done this for 16 years you’d think the excitement would wane but I still feel the same buzz I did in year one when helping people into their first home. It’s incredible being a part of that process and I can’t wait to see this young family take the keys to their first home!

I was fortunate enough to be one of the 40,000 strong run the Bridge to Brisbane course on the weekend. They’ve again raised nearly $1,000,000 for charities across Australia. Well done to everyone who got out there, it’s not an easy course. Huge congrats to fellow Villanova old boy Callum Davies with a ridiculous time of 29:15, that’s 2:55/km! 🤯 I was only just behind him. 😆

Happy Father’s Day fellow dads. I’m routinely blown away that I get to be a father to my two boys. It’s such an incredible privilege. Looking forward to some fun in the sun with them today.

Job done. A lot slower than planned but sometimes you need to switch to plan B! Not everything went my way in the lead up but Brisbane turned it on at the Festival. Perfect weather and with ~10,000 runners on course there was plenty of motivation to keep pushing. Having a beer at the end topped it off!

On the search for space, this lovely family is rapt to call Springfield Lakes home! The shift from inner city apartment life is going to be a huge change for the kids who are pumped to have a yard. With three written offers, good property is still selling well in the area!
