The first face you see, and one of the biggest personalities in the room ✨

Nick first joined Harcourts MackTown through work experience, already knowing he had a passion for real estate and a goal of one day becoming an agent. After making a lasting impression on the team, he was offered a full-time role as Director of Everything Speaks at Reception, a great first step into the industry.

Known for his fun-loving nature and outgoing personality, Nick brings energy, warmth and a welcoming presence to the office every day. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with friends and family and embraces the fast-paced nature of the industry with a grounded, practical mindset.

We recently ran an internal competition – Theme was “Flamingos vs Peacocks”….. Tina took the WINNING Team – “The Peacocks” out to lunch to recognise the effort that went in behind the scenes 🦚

Just a few hours to switch off, catch up, enjoy some deep conversations, a bit of laughter and lots of puppy pats…of course! 🐶

A little behind the scenes of how we keep things interesting and entertaining for our whole Team!

Our Brisbane Corporate Team dropped in this week, starting with business planning, then we turned it into a team challenge… safe to say, things got REAL competitive REAL quick!

We spent the session reaching out to local homeowners, having real conversations about the market and offering up to date information around the value of their property.

Then it was straight back into one-on-one Business Planning to keep everyone on track. 📈

It might look like carnage and chaos, but it’s all part of staying connected to our community while throwing in a little bit of fun and laughter for the Team!
