One year ago Kirsti joined Team Tina, and what an absolutely incredible year it's been having her around 🩵

A Mum to 2 gorgeous girls and wife to one amazing man and the woman behind a very entertaining crew of goats, cows and horses on her own acreage.

Kirsti brings big and bubbly energy into everything she does for her clients and Team. She's the kind of person you end up chatting to for twenty minutes when you were only meant to say Hi!

She is nothing but warm, open and she is impossible not to like and love! 🤍

Making the jump into lifestyle and acreage Real Estate was a whole new world for her, and watching her take to it like a natural has been such a joy and privilege to watch 🥰

This week our Team had a very special guest in the office: Chad, one of Tina's amazing and highly entertaining twin nephews, popping in for a fun day of work experience while he recovers from a broken hand (turns out carpentry can wait, but a day at HMT can't) 🛠️

Chad teamed up with Nick, our incredible Director of Everything Speaks, getting a taste of customer service, data entry and even helping wrap settlement gifts (cellophane included, wrapping skills questionable) 🎁 By the sounds of it he was a natural, and had a great time doing it too 😄

Big shoutout to Chad for jumping in with a smile…. His Aunty Teen couldn’t be prouder 🥰……and to Nick for showing him the ropes and proving once again why he's the best ever Director of Everything Speaks 💙

Eve starts her Monday by taking a minute to picture how she wants the day to go, then presses play on a 'powerhouse ballard playlist' while getting ready. Science backs her up too, music releases dopamine and lifts energy, so by song two or three she's already dialled in and ready to go.
