We're currently recruiting for three roles within the Harcourts MackTown Team, each working alongside one of our existing Sales Team members.

Some positions are heavily focused on administration, operations and keeping things running behind the scenes. Others involve working directly with clients as a Sales Associate and being part of the property journey from start to finish.

With a mix of full-time and school-based hours available, there may be an opportunity to suit your lifestyle and career goals.

What an incredible few days at HX 2026 on the Gold Coast, filled with learning, connection and inspiration. 💙

Last week, a portion of our Team travelled from Mackay to the Gold Coast for HX 2026, Harcourts' annual Conference bringing together people from across Australia and around the world.

Over two action packed days, we heard from inspiring speakers, learnt from industry leaders, connected with other Harcourts Offices and Team Members and gained valuable insights that will help us continue to grow, both individually and as a Team.

One of the best parts of HX is that the learning isn't just for our Sales Team. There was something for everyone, from leadership and operations through to customer experience, communication and personal growth.

We're looking forward to sharing what we've learnt with the rest of the Team and putting new ideas into action back here in Mackay.

It was also a special week for our MackTown family, with some incredible recognition for members of our Team, moments we're very proud of and grateful to celebrate🏆
