Asphalt resurfacing on Oak Street (Andergrove) 🛣️🚧

From Sunday, August 2 to Thursday, August 13, Vassallo Constructions will carry out night-time asphalt resurfacing on Oak Street between Central Drive and Andergrove Road. 🌙👷‍♂️

Work will occur in two stages to minimise disruption:
- Stage 1 (Andergrove Road to just past Campbell Street): Sunday, August 2 – Thursday, August 6
- Stage 2 (just past Samuel Court to Celeber Drive): Sunday, August 9 – Thursday, August 13

Road closures will be in place each night from 8pm to 5am ⏰. Local traffic will be permitted; traffic controllers will be on site to assist motorists and pedestrians as needed

Regional Australia needs more homes - not more barriers.

The proposed Budget changes to CGT, negative gearing and trusts could make it harder for people to invest, build, subdivide, and deliver new housing supply in our communities.

Less confidence means fewer projects. Fewer projects means fewer homes. Fewer homes means more pressure on prices and rents.

These changes affect small businesses, builders, tradies, families, renters, first home buyers, and anyone who wants to see regional communities grow properly.

Please contact your Federal MP and tell them to oppose these measures before they become law.

Housing supply should be encouraged right now, not punished.
