Practical Completion 😊
Renderers completed the front stairs & Painters Finished externally late last week whist inside all was getting fitted off and cleaned.
This personal custom design is really outstanding in the street, the owner has done his own Balustrade and that too has not disappointed us, all has come together well.
Just waiting now on some legal paperwork to come back from the certifiers then we can schedule handover.

Townhouse project. The Dunes Estate, Mackay Harbour

Lot 6,
Since our last update, plasters have completed, Floor layers have been and Installed the Prestige Oak Engineered timber flooring, Carpenters have started the fixing and Cabinetmakers are on site today and scheduled to complete tomorrow, Painters are booked to start inside in about 2 weeks time.
Still waiting on the Landscapers to start out back around the pools

Lot 7,
Carpenters completed the 2nd Fix, Stone tops were installed and tilers came back to do the splashbacks, painters are inside now prepping, they should complete in about 2 weeks so then we can roll into Final fit off

𝑾𝑯𝑰𝑻𝑺𝑼𝑵𝑫𝑨𝒀 𝑹𝑬𝑮𝑰𝑶𝑵:
Cannonvale.
Outside, the Constellated Feature Cladding is done to the front gable, Retaining walls are all Backfilled and Pool has been Installed 😊ready now for external concrete works to commence this week.
Inside the Tilers are done and Cabinetmakers came back for the last few items to be Installed, painters are completing Inside & out this week so Fit off can commence next week, almost on the home run now.

External Painting done, Plasterer has almost completed sheeting Upstairs & downstairs, and setting starts Monday, Rear yard is ready for external concrete works to commence.

Lot 7,
External Painting done, this to is ready for external concrete works to commence in the rear yard
Internal, Timber flooring installed, and Cabinetry as well, stone measure happening today, Carpenter back on Monday to complete 2nd fix

Carpenters 2nd fix is done, stone tops due next week then Tilers can come back for splashbacks.
External, the driveway & other external concrete is done, Painters have started prepping the cladding and now moved inside and almost ready to start painting
