It’s easy to forget just how much can happen in 12 months.
Despite some changes in the market, it has been another very busy year for Macleay Island Property Agents, with 51 properties sold and more than $28 million in property sales over the past 12 months.
From vacant land and first homes through to some of our island’s beautiful waterfront properties, every sale has been different — and every seller has trusted me with something that is very important to them.
I’m still doing things much the same way I always have — keeping the business small and personal, conducting private inspections, speaking directly with my buyers and sellers, and handling every negotiation myself.
After almost 25 years in real estate and many years calling Macleay Island home, I’m very grateful that so much of my business continues to come from local people, repeat clients and referrals.
Thank you to everyone who has trusted me with their property over the past year.
