Macquarie Exchange’s health and wellness hub has launched with Anytime Fitness, Hi Pilates now open and Body Fit Training and K Cafe Flavours of Vietnam coming in September.

The vision for MQX by joint-venture partners Frasers Property Industrial and Winten Property Group was to create a new kind of CBD in the heart of Macquarie Park. This collection of retail operators along with direct access to expansive landscaped parklands responds to the growing demand for convenient access to health and wellbeing amenities by our customers and the surrounding community.

We're excited to welcome three new customers to MQX4!

MQX4, the newly completed first stage of Macquarie Exchange, features eight floors of flexible workspace, a 100% renewable energy supply and a 6 Star Green Star rating.

The building also offers easy access to public transport being directly above a metro station, a variety of retail and amenities and premium end-of-trip facilities.

The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations, Key Pharmaceuticals teams are now enjoying their new offices with Arrotex Pharmaceuticals moving in soon.

MXQ is coming to life.

Watch the first of 4 A-grade commercial buildings - MQX4 reach completion.

We are busy fitting out our first tenancies and adding finishing touches to the streetscaping and landscaping.

You can also see our 2,200 sqm Central Park is now home to a large-scale sculptural artwork by Stuart Green.

We look forward to officially opening MQX4 and welcoming the Macquarie Park community in the coming months.

Last week Macquarie Exchange was on show at the annual Macquarie Park Summit.

Hosted by Connect Macquarie Park Innovation District the summit’s theme ‘All change, Macquarie Park’ paid testament to the enormous evolution underway in the area.

Business leaders, entrepreneurs and researchers were given an update on the exciting progress of MQX4, the first of 4 innovative commercial office towers - ready for occupation later this year.

We enjoyed discussions from an incredible line-up including Australia’s Chief Scientist Dr Cathy Foley, CEO Greater Cities Commission Chris Hanger, Federal Member for Bennelong Jerome Laxale MP, Vice Chancellor & President of Macquarie University, Professor S Bruce Dowton and City of Ryde Council CEO Wayne Rylands, as well as Frasers Property Industrial’s Anthony O’Neill.

On Friday we celebrated the structural completion of MQX4 - the first of four innovative eight-storey buildings at Macquarie Exchange.

Frasers Property Industrial and Winten Property Group commemorated the significant milestone with a formal tree topping ceremony.

Construction is advancing at our highly anticipated Macquarie Exchange development.

Some of Australia's most incredible innovators gathered at The Macquarie Park Summit on Wednesday at Optus Centre Sydney.

With 20,000 new jobs planned for the area, event host Connect Macquarie Park Innovation District used the summit to launch a landmark report and roadmap for the future.

During the networking component, guests were invited to view Fraser Property Industrial and Winten Property Group's future focused Macquarie Exchange precinct model and hear about future development plans from Assistant Development Manager, Louise Chan.
