Getting the job done!

In a time where some agencies are spending time and money on advertising themselves or discounting their fees in a race to the bottom to say they have the bigger rent roll - here we are quietly leasing another home in Darley. One we haven’t even had to advertise! Locals come to us when they want an agent who goes out of their way to help renters which in turn helps our owners by minimising vacancy.

I’m spending the next two days in beautiful Daylesford attending a leadership conference alongside Hayley from Mitchell PT 🤍

So grateful for the opportunity to learn, grow and surround myself with people who are committed to doing better, thinking bigger and showing up stronger in both life and business.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is pause, reflect and invest back into yourself.

We hope you all had a good long weekend!

Our office will be working from home today due to the extreme heat - we're still here kicking goals (we leased 3 homes already from the weekend and hope to tick a few more off today), but we're encouraging everyone to stay cool and keep an eye on the Vic Emergency App (or website) for any updates as it's going to be another hot one!
