As the season ends, we’re reflecting on what has been a huge few months for our team and clients across the Hunter Region.

This Autumn, we’ve continued doing what we love most, supporting our committees, owners, and strata communities every step of the way.
From busy meeting schedules and major project coordination to helping owners navigate day-to-day strata matters, it’s certainly been a season of growth and momentum.

A few highlights from the season:
- Expansion of our services across regional NSW.
- Continuing to grow and strengthen our team behind the scenes.
- Supporting committees through maintenance, compliance, and capital works projects.
- Building stronger relationships with owners, contractors, and local businesses (Class 2 builders, we need YOU).
- Entering the Hunter Business Awards, a milestone we are incredibly proud of.

Ever sat through an AGM where it feels like you’re speaking into the void?

You know the one… a full agenda, important decisions to be made, and a screen full of black boxes with names on them. Cameras off. Silence. The occasional unmute to vote.

It’s a bit like hosting a meeting where everyone’s turned up wearing paper bags on their heads; technically present but completely disconnected.

The thing is that strata thrives on collaboration. Decisions land better, discussions flow easier, and outcomes improve when people are actually engaged in the room (even if that room is virtual).

Cameras on doesn’t mean perfection, it just brings a level of presence, accountability, and human connection that you simply can’t replicate otherwise.

So, here’s a gentle challenge for your next AGM:
Show up, switch on, and be part of the conversation not just a name on the attendance list 😉

Because behind every “camera off” is a missed opportunity to actually connect.

Two years in business… and what a journey it’s been ✨

Your Strata Services officially turns 2!

What started as a vision to deliver a more personal, hands-on approach to the strata sector has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of. Over the past two years, we’ve had the privilege of working alongside amazing committees, owners, residents and contractors focusing on building strong relationships and making a real difference in the communities we manage.

There have been long days, big challenges, and plenty of learning curves… but also so many rewarding moments that remind me exactly why I started this.

To every client who has trusted us, supported us, and grown with us, thank you! Your confidence in our service means everything.

Here’s to continuing to raise the standard, doing things differently, and growing even stronger in the years ahead 🥂

February was a full and rewarding month for the team at Your Strata Services. Between attending networking events, visiting properties, and connecting with committees, we spent plenty of time out in the community strengthening relationships with our clients and industry partners.

It was also a busy period for meetings, with our team hosting the First Annual General Meeting for a number of schemes. These meetings are always an important opportunity for owners to plan ahead and work collaboratively on the future of their schemes.

Behind the scenes, we also focused on team development and refining our internal processes to ensure we continue delivering the boutique, hands-on service our clients value.

We’re grateful for another productive month supporting our clients!
