Just a quick snapshot of what’s happening in the Central Maleny market right now and what is performing well.

What we’re seeing is brand new homes and fully renovated properties are really standing out.

On top of that, blocks of land close to town continue to be highly sought after. Whether it’s for building a dream home or securing a lifestyle position, that proximity to town is a big driver at the moment.

A lot of the buyers we’re working with are coming from Brisbane and the Coast, and they’re buying based on lifestyle, it’s a want, not a need which is where we’re seeing some really strong results.

So overall, if your property is well presented, or in a great position close to town, the market is still responding very well.
