The team at Iurada have been working around the clock to complete the basement concrete slab pour at GALERIE, Glen Iris.

Over the next month, Iurada are targeted to construct the basement inner walls, stairs and lift shaft.

It's fair to say that GALERIE is on track for completion towards the final quarter of 2024!

The hard working team at Iurada have begun the detailed excavation of in ground footings.

Over the next month, Iurada will also install in ground services that form part of GALERIES sustainable initiatives, and the basement slab will be formed shortly thereafter.

The basement works at GALERIE Glen Iris are well under way with the application of shotcrete to the basement walls commencing last week.
