A Bright Finishing Touch!

We’ve wrapped up Tuckey Cove in Dudley Park with something truly special — our final touch to the estate: ‘Samphire’, a stunning sculpture by .

This vibrant green artwork stands proudly within the community, inspired by the Creery Wetlands and the incredible journey of migratory birds from Alaska to Mandurah each year. Its stacked, organic form captures the spirit of the samphire plant and the natural rhythms of the estuary.

Practical Completion has been achieved on Stage 4, the final stage, at Tuckey Cove. 🥳

This is a huge milestone for the project as it only launched in 2022.

Lot plates will be installed next week. Titles are on track to issue in March.
