Redirection Scam Alert

Please be aware that scammers are targeting people to gain access and then intercept email communications for the purposes of impersonating parties involved in the sale or purchase of your property
This can mean our email address is being modified to fool clients.
Please be on the lookout for simple changes to email correspondence and check our documentation sent to ensure the email address is correct.
Other less noticeable changes may be the use of a different font in a different colour to previous emails or to that of the email signature/salutation.
If you suspect your email or that of any party has been modified, please take immediate steps to contact this office and we again remind all clients to NEVER transfer money to any person without first calling and confirming the account details over the phone.

Electronic Conveyancing is now in force for eligible contracts dated 1st December 2018!

The cost of buying or selling a home in WA is about to go up as the state mandates the use of an e-conveyancing platform for most property settlements.

Certain transactions will now be settled electronically from 1/12/18! We are already doing this in readiness for mandating on the 1st December 2018!
