While the changes to the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) legislation are not new to the real estate industry, they may come as a surprise to the broader community.

Real Estate Institute of Western Australia is commencing a communications campaign to help raise awareness and ensure buyers and sellers understand what these changes mean for them.
