Perth’s weekly median rent for houses reached $750 per week in May 2026, following $730 in both March and April, $720 in February, and $710 in January. This comes after rents held at $700 from October through December 2025, with more gradual movements recorded throughout much of last year.

The $20 increase from April represents the largest monthly change seen so far in 2026, pushing Perth’s weekly median rent for houses to a new high in the current cycle.

A planned condition assessment is currently underway for the Dolphin Quay Footbridge, also known as the Fathom Turn Footbridge.
