INSPECTION MANAGER ROLE

We’re on the hunt for a Inspection Manager to cover Mandurah & surrounding areas.

✨ The Role:
Conduct and complete Final Bond Inspections . - this would be end to end dealing with the tenants to make sure the property is given back to us the way it was given Conduct and complete Property Condition Reports
Conduct routine property inspections

• Complete simple reports (training provided)
• Work independently out on the road

💼 What You’ll Need:

• ABN (contractor role)
• Reliable car & driver’s license
• Good attention to detail
• Friendly and reliable attitude

💰 What We Offer:

• Monday – Friday only (no weekends!)
• Flexible hours
• Fuel provided
• Paid per report (invoice basis)
• Full training & support
