Legend of a beekeeper, Michael Leetham of Baddaginnie Apiaries spends his days out in the stunning high country around Mansfield, following the native blooms and taking care of his bees. Driven by a passion for the environment and gentle, low-stress beekeeping, he uses cold extraction to keep every batch completely raw and untouched by high heat. That means all the natural enzymes, rich floral flavors, and high-country goodness stay right where they belong—straight from the bush to you. $20 1kg bucket. Delivery/pick up available in Mansfield and Melbourne CBD.

The great Moocha as a baby about 5 years ago. He has grown up to be a great fellow. very friendly and takes a protective role in the ewe and lamb flock and always ready for a chin scratch. We love our Moocha. but as a baby he was vocal!!
