This estate has been in planning for years and we're excited to say the wait is over.

🌿 Growing the Future at Arbour Margaret River. Last week, 75 students from St Thomas More Catholic Primary School rolled up their sleeves to help plant native seedlings across Arbour Margaret River as part of our second annual community planting day.
Working alongside Tranen Revegetation Southwest, the students helped establish part of the 13,000+ karri and marri trees being planted throughout the estate this winter.
Even more exciting, the trees planted by last year's students are already thriving, with many reaching around 1.2 metres in height after just one growing season. It's a wonderful glimpse of the leafy streets, parks and walking trails that will define Arbour for generations to come.
🌿 Many of the seedlings were propagated from seed collected in Boranup Forest before it became a National Park, helping create a landscape deeply connected to the Margaret River region.
As Arbour continues to grow, so does the community around it. With Stage 2 now complete and more than 100 homesites sold, the vision is steadily becoming reality.
A huge thank you to the students and teachers from St Thomas More Catholic Primary School and the team at Tranen Revegetation Southwest for helping create something that future generations will enjoy for years to come.

As the year wrapped up, Yolk Property Group brought together the builders working across Arbour Margaret River for a small Christmas catch-up.

With record junior registrations and growing senior teams, the Hawks are going from strength to strength — creating opportunities for players of all ages and keeping the game’s spirit alive across generations.
