CONGRATULATIONS
I’m thrilled for my vendors and buyer alike now that this sale is officially unconditional. It’s the start of a new life for both parties and I’m happy I could play a part.

HAVE YOUR SAY
Proposed changes to the way rates are classified for homeowners who are running a hosted short stay accommodation business from their properties will affect my clients among many in the Shire of Augusta Margaret River.

STARTS TODAY!
Personally, I think the Edible Gardens Festival is one of the best events on the The Margaret River Region calendar (yes, I am a tragic green thumb). It's getting bigger and bigger every year, which just goes to show how much this community values our natural spaces and places, sustainability, productive gardening, and quality fresh food. Enjoy getting down and dirty at the festival, punters!

AWESOME VENDORS, DREAM BUYER
This is one of those sales that feels anything but transactional. It’s a true privilege to be able to bring these lovely people together in a deal that has made everyone happy and will change lives. What a wonderful feeling!

SUSTAINABILITY ON SHOW
At this year's Sustainable House Day event on Sunday, 17 May, you will have the opportunity to look at not one but TWO beautiful examples of the same exemplary Econest 'Retreat' design. John Damant of Arcologic Design will be giving tours of his latest project (see link below) as part of the national SHD2026 event. And I will be conducting a Home Open for interested buyers of 7 Kulbardi Way Witchcliffe at 10:30 - 11:30am.

The Witchcliffe Ecovillage is one of the world's most sustainable residential communities. Don't miss this opportunity to see best practice design and function in real life.

The home is part of the Econests pre-designed home initiative and is located in the world-renowned Witchcliffe Ecovillage. From the 'Retreat Collection' this small home lives larger than its physical footprint with high ceilings, wide doors and generous north glazing from most rooms. Made up of 2 be...

HOME OPEN THIS SATURDAY
Sunny and 21 degrees forecast for Saturday; it’s perfect weather to be out and about looking at houses, especially ones like 7 Kulbardi Way in the Witchcliffe Ecovillage. Its lovely garden with lush lawn and fish pond spills into a productive EUA that adjoins a footpath that leads you on a stroll through the Cluster 2A community garden.

Hope you can join me for a chat about this diverse, wonderful community that I call home.
Cheers
Jo

BUY MUM A NEW HOME
Call me biased, but I think Mothers’ Day should last the whole weekend (at least!) So that means this Saturday is the perfect day to take mum out for breakfast followed by house-hunting to find her dream home.

What’s her vibe: Bohemian Forest Retreat in Margs or Sustainable Village Beauty in Witchcliffe? Hope to see you at one of my Home Opens this weekend.
Cheers, Jo
