2025 has been a significant year for Tonsley Village, now entering its final stages of delivery with more than 1,000 residents calling the community home. The majority of homes are complete, with 112 Terrace Homes and 80 apartments currently under construction, and 119 homes delivered this year alone.

The Neon Apartments are now fully sold out and under construction, while all Modo and Vertex Apartments are complete with residents moved in. The Central Reserve has opened, wetlands landscaping will commence early next year, and progress continues on the nearby Tonsley Retail Precinct as it evolves into a future community hub.

Last Friday, to celebrate the opening of the Central Reserve, the City of Marion hosted A Winter’s Night at Tonsley.

Hundreds of Tonsley Village residents and members of the wider community came along to enjoy the festivities.

A big thank you to the City of Marion for bringing the Village Green to life with fire pits, fire performances, live music, delicious food trucks, beverages, and much more. 🔥🍷

It was the perfect way to bring the community together to enjoy this brand-new space.
