Situated just across from the MAB district and within easy reach of the full suite of Tonsley Village amenities, Vertex Apartments is the latest chapter in Tonsley's story as one of South Australia's most progressive and exciting urban addresses.

2025 has been a significant year for Tonsley Village, now entering its final stages of delivery with more than 1,000 residents calling the community home. The majority of homes are complete, with 112 Terrace Homes and 80 apartments currently under construction, and 119 homes delivered this year alone.

The Neon Apartments are now fully sold out and under construction, while all Modo and Vertex Apartments are complete with residents moved in. The Central Reserve has opened, wetlands landscaping will commence early next year, and progress continues on the nearby Tonsley Retail Precinct as it evolves into a future community hub.
