We've been working on a structure plan for our Neptune St site that considers a range of community needs: from child care to health care to disability care and possibly even end of life care, as well as a mix of housing options for families, singles, workers, downsizers and the elderly. Yaralla house has been neglected and vandalised, but it is well built with double brick, hardwood truss, bearer and joist hardwood flooring, high ceilings and wide hallways. Most importantly horse hair plaster NOT asbestos, so we are hoping to renovate if we can find a new use.

We are seeking ideas on new uses for it. Please let us know if you have any great ideas for us to consider. 🙂

What a great community response! Over 120 comments with ideas on our Neptune St site.

Unfortunately, we wont be able to directly reply to everyone, so we'll compile all of the feedback that we receive into broad categories and report back in the coming weeks.
