Corks were popped, and rightly so. Last week launched their new home at Up Property's BigFoot in Footscray. As you'd expect from a business built for entrepreneurs, the room was charged with energy, electrified with ideas and buzzing with excited banter.

CLIK started their journey with Up at Morris Moor, and watching what they've built since has been nothing short of rewarding. Proud to be part of the next chapter.

In Melbourne, we love the Danish. The Danes' progressive lens on urban planning has helped shape our city — look up Jan Gehl, the man credited with laying the seeds for Melbourne's laneway and café culture. But that's another story.

Up Property recently joined a conversation between the City of Melbourne and the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs on adaptive reuse, embodied carbon, and breathing new life into existing buildings. Morris Moor was noted as a leader in the field, and 50 Queen as a key CBD asset with significant reuse potential. Scroll to see what else we learned.

In a closeknit community like Geelong West and Pakington Street, you want to be part of the fold. Last week, we were delighted to host the Pako Traders Committee at the Hope & Autumn Display Suite — and honestly, it was one of those evenings that reminded us why we do what we do.

The room was full of people who genuinely love Geelong West. Business owners who know their neighbours, love their customers, and who care deeply about what Pakington St looks and feels like.

The conversation was positive. The street is thriving. And we're so proud to be a part of it.

Every Sunday through summer we send it. Anywhere from 75 to 100 people descend on the neighbourhood for some good old fashioned family fun. We drink, we dance, we eat, we watch the kids have the time of their lives — painted faces, post-carnival ride exhilaration, eventually exhausted from fun overload.

Together with the green thumbs at Cultivating Community , Morris Moor has installed a series of wicking beds that will soon be home to leafy greens and fresh herbs – ready for tenants to tuck into sandwiches, sprinkle over salads, or share around the office kitchen.
